I am learning to make a rules chart about a sports.
I am so proud of being able to do this task about Rugby in class.
It can be tricky to find rules about the Rugby that are easy to do.

ANZAC Recount Success Criteria
Suddenly my friend Perez got shot in the head. His brains splattered all over the landing boat and me. I whispered to goodbye to my mate.
Then I heard a bullet fly past my head and hit my other friend in the chest. Then “BOOM”. Hundreds of bullets come flying around our boat. I felt a sharp pain in my right arm. I grabbed my gun and started shooting.I was about to enter the Death Zone.By Denzel

Peace One Day Taster Lunch
As part of our Inquiry work on Peaceful Communities we have been learning about World Peace Day on September 21st. On Friday 19th September we held a Taster Shared Lunch with Rooms 19 and 22. We had to bring in a small sample of a food that we might eat at home as a family favourite or a food from our culture. This helps us to learn about each other’s cultures and about tolerance of others.

Denzel's Area Evidence
I am learning to solve area problems by using the formula length x width.
I am so proud of learning how to measure the width and length and then using this to work out the area of a shape.
It can be tricky to multiply the length times the breadth if the numbers are big.
My buddy can help me by helping me with my times tables.
My Teacher can help me by checking my work.

My Healthy Eating Pyrmid
We have been learning about Healthy Eating and all the different food groups. We have also been learning about how many servings we need from each food group every day and how to measure the size of each serving.

It can be tricky to leave clues about my subject.

My Speech
Why Pokemon Cards Should Be Banned At Elm Park.
Pokemon cards are fun to play with. But when people steal your cards you get really angry. The problem is you don’t know who stole them because there’s at least 12 other people in the school who have the same cards as you had.
And you want your cards back. Whoever stole them should give them back because if they don’t then the game could get banned at school because some people are not sticking to the rules and being fair.
It’s not fun when your cards are stolen. You don’t have fun at all. You wont have as much fun as when you had all your cards. If they get stolen you should tell the teacher straight away so they know they have been taken. Then that makes a problem as the Teacher then has to try to find out who stole the cards.
We need to have rules like….
(1.) Pokemon cards should be kept in your Tote Tray in class time so they don’t get stolen.
(2.) If cards are stolen go straight to the teacher in your class or Mr Borcher.
(3.) Pokemon should not be allowed at school because of cards being taken from your bag.
In conclusion because these cards encourage people to steal and not be honest I think that Pokemon Cards should be banned from Elm Park School.

RACECAR Strategy
I am learning to use the RACECAR problem solving strategy.

Multiplying and Dividing
I am learning to multiply and divide by 10.

To get this right I must remember to .....
- make my eye shape an oval
